We selected Anthony carefully because we planned for the new 4-bed luxury duplex project in Concord to be architect designed, double brick and of a much higher level of quality and luxury than the previous one.

Anthony and his team exceeded our expectations through a very high level of build quality, continuous consultation for decision making and professional behaviour. They all very polite, informed, friendly, hardworking and every question was answered quickly.
They also use an online project management tool (browser and app access) where we could see the project plan, progress photos, daily updates and invoice tracking against the signed contract.

The build was completed on time and on budget. Other than the piering having to go deeper due to soil conditions unforeseen by the Geotech Engineer and a Sydney Water pipe which was not even on the Dial before you Dig diagram and had to be relocated, there were no surprise costs and variations.
The only variations were requested by us, when we decided to go for certain luxury upgrades due to the location having become even more sought after since project planning.
We loved working with the All Saints team so much that we have appointed them to build our next project, a 5-bed architect designed luxury duplex in Kingsgrove. This project commenced 2 weeks ago.
